Help removing the Shute Upton power lock hubs
A good friend of mine in SA after years of persuasion has finally purchased Land Rover of the Series 3 variety.

I've just had a message for mechanical advice which is beyond me, so...

He wants to service the swivels but is struggling to remove the above named hubs.

Any advice/YouTube videos/pointers would be greatfully received. TIA

Shute Upton distributed Power-Lock hubs under licence from Cutlas Manufacturing. They are quite simple and the following URL links to information showing how they work.

Thankyou very much for the link. Once I could visualise the component parts I managed to persuade the power lock hubs off. Onward to the swivels ...
