6.4L is pretty nice... maybe a swap?

I am in the process of moving back to the US, have recently purchased a new car. Thought you guys may get a kick out of it, as a 6.4L 475hp is hard to come by in Ireland and the UK. Just you average family sedan here in the US.

I can say that even with 475hp and mid 4 second 0-60mph I desperately miss the old 200tdi. It is having a bit of work done and then will come across the pond to join me here in the US.

2013 Defender 90 Puma 2.2 CSW Keswick Green

I can talk about a similar situation. Had our first Defender in 2013 when we bought a Puma 90, after having a string of V8s. Never did I think I could have so much fun with 90KW,....We've sinse sold it, but we enjoyed every second of the 4 1/2 years we owned it. We've now gone back to a V8, the HSV GTSR with a Supercharged LSA 6.2L V8 with 435KW & 740Nm.

Ooh, the European “think they know it all” climate soldiers (not me) which currently are so much “en vogue” all over Western Europe will be impressed with the average Aussie and USA climate concern.

Love both those machines guys, makes me dream back of more than 15 years ago when we lived in Connecticut and were driving a Jeep with a 4.7L V8 Hemi.

Eric You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation.
