Rear Speaker Panels
I have a 300TDi 90 CSW with forward facing seats in the rear and am looking for some method of mounting rear speakers on the rear. I am aware of the panels that sit on the tub underneath the 3/4 windows but the brackets for the seatbelts are mounted there so that option is not viable.

Is there some way of mounting the speakers above the rear door in the corners? Do pre made panels exist? I'm looking for an OEM look as much as possible so not too keen on making some pdf enclosures.

Exactly like that, although I've searched and whoever made them seems to be based in the US.

I was always under the impression that these speaker pods were a one-off custom made and not an off the shelf item

'all the custom speaker pods were made with plastic and then wrapped in vinyl'

I made these myself as I also struggled to get something but my problem is most likely location.

I must say the sound is very good but my previous Landy was a '84 V8 Hardtop.
