Anyone with a CNC machine / had small parts created?
Basically need 4x 50mm x 50mm plates with 2 m3 holes and 2 m4 holes....

Can draw it out and do my best with a drill bit but if anyone had experience with having it done accurately on a machine would be great, it is for something where precision is required...

Thanks guys.

I quite regularly get parts laser/water jet cut locally to me for a reasonable cost. If you have the cad files it's typically quicker and cheaper, as they don't have to design it, they can just import the files.

What material/thickness
Tapped holes or clearance holes?

I've had some steel watch bracelet parts made by these people -

quick turnaround and they work from a photographed sketch on the back of an envelope Smile Cheers,

As above I know a man who can if you get stuck, but I should imagine any local fabricator could knock them up? James

Hi, thanks for the replies....

It's actually a template for some holes I need to drill, it's an awkward angle and it's holding something that spins at upto 40k rpm so thinking CNC Is a better option than me free handing it, Ive sent some emails out to local firms see what they come out with... think it'd literally be a 5 min job on the CNC machine. nothing fancy
