Hi,
Probably a stupid question so bear with me 
These have only been on a week or so. Should I be bothered about the rust after that short space of time - or is it just normal and how they all go? They were all shiny and new when they went on. I appreciate it doesn't affect the functionality but disappointing they went like this already, especially as we've hardly even had any rain since.  Cheers,

Mine are barely rusty at all after five years from new (from Land Rover), but then I did spend rather a lot buying Bilt Hamber's magnificent Dynax underbody protection products as soon as it was delivered, and have re-applied it again since:
www.bilthamber.com But yes, you leave a bit of unprotected cast iron or cast steel out in the open for a few days and it will do just that. |
