Rusty Fuel Rail
Hi All,

My Defender 110 Puma is now 7 month old and I noticed that the "fuel rail" (not sure what you call it) is covered in brown rust.

Should I be concerned about this and have Land Rover replace it?

Thank you.

Think it's normal, they all seem to rust there.

ACF-50 is the best on the market. I use it on door locks in the winter, and the seals which as we all know can stick. I also spray it over the rear crossmember and i dont have a speck of rust on it. I also use it on my motorbike. It goes everywhere, and keeps the bike totally rust free, even thru the winter. One word of warning, keep it away from anything to do with the brakes. Expensive, but second to none.

You should see mine BruceT, its 3 years old and look like it has lived all its life at the bottom of the ocean - have ordered some ACF-50 so will be interesting to see if it works
