Well the TYRO didn't go well - I shared the bus with my son, a friend and his son. I went first on almost all the sections and they learned from my mistakes.

Boring mundane stuff these days. The bus is getting used for a variety of tasks, the first being a turf carrying truck to help with the garden.

Then I finally got round to fixing the leaking radiator - well didn't actually fix it, just replaced it.

.....and more recently it's been in action helping on another rally. This time it was the Tendring and Clacton rally, closed roads in Essex. we were finish radio crew on this one.

great stuff there! What are these like compared to the diesel counter parts?

Smoother than a diesel and nicer noise, but different to drive from the torque of the engine. Spares - haven't had any issues, but then I've only had it for a year now. 90 V8 CSW - 1988 |
