Given the 2 week countdown from Redbeard to get the 110 into the workshop so fun times ahead.

Falon nameplates are casting me some custom badges which is good, have a few bits ordered from Entreq, always fun on the website using google translate and also made a start on the air intake.

The likes of twisted just let the air thru the headlight bezel but i wanted to have a dedicated intake that brings some air direct to the filter as well, also just to add my own touch even if it doesn't make a huge difference.

3 parts in the assembly, front intake surround in alloy finish, then the rear plastic piece will pass thru the inner wing to meet the filter. Some black matching mesh just to stop a bird making a nest!

That’s the front piece made and assembled, next to cut a hole in the front and slot this into place.

Wired the load space floor lights into the interior lights. Originally planned to use the normal bulbs but much better with the LEDs. Blew about 6 fuses doing this, wasn’t thinking straight

Just about given up hope with Falon nameplates for some custom badges so back to the printing and tried a different approach.

Now an assembly. This allows me to finish the silver aluminium and also then the inner black as separate parts. The black parts are finished in a textured satin to give the effect of a cast finish.

The silver sits just 0.2mm above and clearance is 0.1mm so when all together it looks like a single piece.

Then 4 dummy rivets so I can just stick the badges on with 3m tape.
