| lb73 Member Since: 27 May 2016 Location: North Wales Posts: 297    | I replaced both diagonal c sections on my 110csw using the yrm parts - which were spot on. Having removed the ali body parts I braced the door by making up some braces that could be bolted in place, also took some measurements before I cut  the old metal out. From memory it was easy enough to weld back in place, just a bit awkward to get the welder in on the top section just below the door catch. Think there is a picture on page 3 of my build thread 1999 300TDI 110 CSW BMW 3.0

 Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. As my 110 currently consists of a chassis sitting on the garage floor waiting to be painted - I'll be taking the 110 apart   There wasn't a lot of metal left on either side - believe it or not this was the better side of the two!
