Head Light on when unlock
Has anyone installed a system where the headlights will come on when you unlock the vehicle and stay on for say 30 seconds after locking. I think it's called follow me home lights. 130's have feeling's as well you know Smile

My DRL do that. I get why they stay on once switching off engine, thats the home bit but not sure why they come on when i unlock the doors.

Or maybe something like this if you weren't bothered about a daylight sensor and didn't care if the lights came on in daylight.

I'm not sure what the current draw would be on the permanent 12v feed that would be needed.
A trigger signal could be taken from the indicator circuit as the indicators flash when locking and unlocking.
And I would use a relay to handle the headlamp current, rather than a direct connection to the timer module.

As I already have a relay loom fitted to my headlamps, I might be tempted to experiment myself Very Happy

alarm can be program to welcome light when alarm is disarmed

also 30 sec off delay when armed Idea
