Fog Light not illuminating, but turning RH taillight off
I've been pulling my hair out all morning with this one.

One of the dogs pulled a variety of wires from out my rear lights while jumping about in the back - my fault as I didn't put the metal cover back on.

I've gone to reconnect them all back up again, but I seem to be having an issue when I switch the rear fog light on, the RH/OS taillight goes out (and the fog light doesn't illuminate - however the foglight illuminates on the dashboard). I thought the towing electrics might have caused the problem, but I've disconnected all of these and the problem is still there!

My rear RH/OS indicator also isn't working (this might be the holder, which I'm just about to check).

Any ideas? Bad earth?

ETA: would have helped if I told you which vehicle it is on! 1989 90 HT.

I'd pull the earth's off first and give them a clean, it costs nothing.
If it's a later version with the earth's going into a header then it's conceivable that the earth wire going into said header could have been disturbed by Mr. Dog.

Twas indeed a faulty earth. Made a new earth point and it's all back up and running.
