Didn’t someone like poly bush make a anti rattle hoop to slide over the top of the handle and hold it away from the rack?

Anti rattle clip for Farm Jack £3.80 on eBay, might do until you find a genuine wire clip.

yep got the top rubber clamp , but the clip is a safety clip when using it .
