100% aspect ratio is also my understanding.

Bear in mind that "7.50R16" covers a range of sizes in practice, even within tyres that Land Rover fitted OEM. Sit one of the old 7.50R15 Michelin XS sand tyres alongside almost anything else in that size, e.g. the old Avon Rangemaster or one of the more recent Michelin road tyres like the Latitude Cross, and you'll find the XS tyre carcass is physically taller and wider. A skinny Michelin XZL is a cheese cutter by comparison, the contact patch is probably barely half the width and section width is less.

So it's all a bit of a fiction really. Most 7,50R16 are somewhere about 32" or so in diameter for a new tyre, depending on tread depth. ---

If your tyres are looking a bit thin and your wheels are in need of updating why don't you just get a tyre and wheel package.
There are a million sets on ebay/web to choose from. It is Christmas after all.

https://www.4x4tyres.co.uk has a set of boost or sawtooth for 107 each and about 200 depending on tyre choice as a package.
The offset for your car is 33 (Boosts) so a 20 will push the steel out bu 13mm.

This is probably the simplest and everything just works.
