I’ve been offered a G reg Discovery it’s a 3 door and 2 owners from new with 70k ish miles,it’s been garaged since the current owner has had it (28 years) and is in lovely condition it’s been offered to me at a very tempting price, the first owner was LR then the current owner bought it from them, if I go for it my first job will be a full service including Cambelt and tensioner because I wouldn’t want that to go anything else I should look at while I’m in there

Can you get one with 4 wheel drive and an internal combustion engine?

Depends on the price. If you said £5k I’d say no....

These early Discovery's are getting very collectable these days if in good condition, may be worth it depending on the price...

Buy it. Rust rust and rust. Some bits of trim are hard to get (and I’ve cleared my stash of Sonar Blue trim out  )
If it’s white with factory sun roofs and electric pack (elec front windows), let me know if you want to move it on... |
