Front shock/shock Tower removal
Could someone give me a step by step on how to remove the stock shock towers up front on a 2014 puma?

Start with soaking bolts in WD40 overnight, clean nuts and threads.
When undoing them, take it very easy as they are prone to shear but they should be fine.
Just take it easy taking them off and by hand tools.

Remove the plastic inner arch sections, two self tappers on each.

You should be then able to extract both at the same time though the engine bay with the lower damper nut removed.

Then you can work on removing the top mount off of the vehicle.

There is a torque figure for the new nuts / rings, contained in the WSM.

I think I've covered most things, but anyone feel free to add anything.
I'd be interested to hear people's methods of tightening and removing the upper damper mounts Diesel$ Live$ Matter. ⛽️🛢️👨‍🔧🧰⚙️ RED, WHITE & BOOST! 🇬🇧
