2016 CNG powered Audi A3 - sane choice and cheap to run. Drives well although it's always a bit of a non-event except for the plethora of annoying beeps, peeps, pings and plings which seem to be typical for modern cars.

1997 Arctic Silver BMW 318tds E36 Touring - trusty as can be (360k km without any issues worth mentioning). If only I could find the hidden magnet which attracts others driving into it. Love driving it although it's likely the slowest car at the stoplight with its 1,6l diesel. Now endangered by the LEZ.

1973 Emerald Green Triumph Dolomite Sprint - Built around Christmas in my year of birth when I was three months old. A Sleeping Beauty in storage awaiting restoration.

Dolly Sprint.. Cool!

I'm down to one Ninety, now.
But still have a 6MT Evoque 3 door, which is proving to be absolutely fantastic.
We bought a Freelander HSE, which is 'shonky' at best. Which I'll use in the snowy/icy commutes.
My daily (at the moment) is an F21 M135i which is around 400bhp.

I've started to look around for a nice td5 truck cab though..which is proving difficult.

The garage is full of tools, a couple of motorbikes and assorted junk but the 110 shares a driveway with a TDV8 RRS, a V8 series 1 and a couple of euro boxes belonging to family members. The 90s have gone into storage whilst I'm working abroad Sad 2005 Td5 110 Hardtop

Not it’s not bad to be your guilty pleasure I remember as a kid taking the Micky out of Skoda but these day they are just a Audi/vw with a Skoda badge and better price than the Audi/Vw equivalent.

The VRS is great fun and value for money and performance. They do eat tyres though I am on my 3rd set of front tyres and only just hit 30000 miles. Might be my driving though Rolling with laughter

I had one of the original VRs Octavias as a company car and liked it so much I had another when I changed company. Recently had a Fabia VRs 1.9 tdi too. The VRs seem to have a little something to make them just that bit more interesting. I'm now running a Scout DSG with 190ps, which i'm really pleased with, and tyres last a bit longer too Smile

Interesting how many people with performance cars also drive a defender...

I’ll stick a pic up tomorrow, there both British that’s about the only similarity... and the terrible fuel consumption

Between inside and outside...

Three Defenders ... the wife's 2005 300Tdi, my 2007 300Tdi (2006 last of line, registered April 07) and the 2015 2.2 TDCi.

2011 Ford Ranger crewcab that I use for rubbish, carting stuff around and fending off idiots that can't drive in winter...

2015 Mitsubishi Shogun because they don't make nice Discoverys any more Big Cry

Osprey Vipermax rib sitting on a trailer

Ride-on lawnmower, flymo, couple of strimmers, a few sets of spare wheels, barbecues, exercise equipment, compressor, tools etc........

Everybody thought it was daft building a 12x9m garage but it really isn't big enough now Rolling Eyes

I think asking to build an extension might lead to marital strife so I will have to cope Laughing ---

Did you get the 300TDIs late run because of your location? Did they come with TDCI interior.

Very interesting. I'm on IG: https://www.instagram.com/osloblue42/
