Gilarion, I mailed everyone about 18 months ago and there was no stock to be had.
Apparently the manufacturer stopped production/out of business? There is even the thread on it which you were a part of... https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic50611-15.html The search continues... I have had the same problem locating a Defendoor. You would think with all the posts on this and other Land Rover forums with people showing an interest and wishing to own one someone would step up to the mark and make the things. I have no idea if a 3d printer would work on such things as they have to be fairly pliable but someone on here would know. For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at..

Now there is an idea
The harder part would be getting one to have it 3D scanned... In my searches, came across this https://www.shapeways.com/product/J6T9NFK6...d=64748535 Yes, for a scale/RC model, but the design looks like it could also work and perhaps even be a better way of mounting? (I'll post this on the Defendoor thread) Human beings, who are almost unique in having the ability to learn from the experience of others, are also remarkable for their apparent disinclination to do so.
