Well done and happy birthday. I was having a drink last week with a family friend who is 78 and is literally still galloping along. He’d come off his horse the day before and had abviously bounced well - not even sore or stiff the following day. Hats off to him.

Have a good one pal, you are only as old as you feel. From what I get from you, is that you feel as old as me and I am 33 next weekend. I feel 16! Very Happy Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back

Its all about not giving into old age, i worked with a fella who was 70 he came back out of retirement, as he was just bored. He used to tell them he was going home not the other way around, He was one very well respected fella. A man i would like to be exactly like, infact since i changed jobs i have tried to be more like him. He said to me once dont listen to me andy, I said no, John i should listen to you, as you are right and have years of experince in the working world. Sadly he died 3 years ago, due to cancer Big Cry Still rocks on in my memory of the times we had together at work Bow down
My attitude now to to things, is lifes too short to be worrying about daft things, if a job is a pain in the arse. Get out of it and do somthing better Thumbs Up Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back

Thanks chaps , Thumbs Up
Small tells me that I am only as old as the woman I feel, (her). So as I approach the second half of my 8th decade I think that
if I get to 90 I may have to reconsider and get a younger wife Whistle
Lucky you Procta, I can barely remember being 33,. I think that the UK was arguing about joining he European Union then,

Think it was the Common Market back then or the EEC rather then the EU. It was Ted Heath who took us into the Common Market after a referendum in 1975? A Tory government took us in and a Tory government taking us out?? Lets not go down that discussion route here

Now will Small allow you to take a younger wife or would a certain part of your anatomy be fed through the grinder?

Enjoy your day and feeling Small Razz Thumbs Up
