Thieving scum bags have struck.

What has been stolen now?

What's the cut-off age to make this sort of behaviour decent i.e. how old does the victim have to be to make this morally reprehensible?

kmac has a point. at no point / age is this right, but I understand why it's seen as despicable due to his age.

how is that those that for example steal a car, try and evade police in a chase cause damage can end up with a driving ban when they don't even have a license / insurance ie they're effectively already banned and get a fine that's less than I have to pay in insurance - where's the incentive for them to think about changing their ways.

this country needs a Censored rocket up it's ass. the balance needs to change in favour of the average decent person.

I saw two Censored on big off road bikes the other day harassing a traffic warden by revving their engines - no helmets and no number plates. had I not been stuck in traffic I might have been inclined to run them off the road on the basis I thought they were just about to attack him Confused
