Good day to you sir!
Personally id be on youtube watching some videos as to whats best.. Look at reviews from users. And if you have a tracker on your personal vehical or you know someone who has a tracker, ask if you can test it on their tracker. At least you would know if it works or not.. BUT!!! If you think about it logically - if your company is tracking your vehical and all of a sudden it starts going off line at times - once they have had the tracker checked by the supplying company and find there is nothing wrong with it - questions will start coming your way as to why it stops working when you are in it... Which will draw attention to you that you clearly don't/wont want. Think about it first... Also if it is for medical reasons, surely they wont mind what ever it is that you don't want to be tracked doing? Yes I had wondered about what would happen if the signal disappeared. My hope was that there are so many vehicles involved that they might not notice. At least for the period of time that I require. I was hopeful that by the time they caught on I won’t need it anyway. 4.6 RV8 110HT |

Assuming it’s a GPS-based tracking system then plug-in jammers are available widely online.
However I believe their use is technically an offence under the Wireless Telegraphy Act. |

Correct, it is illegal in both civil law and under military law within certain areas

The company whom I work for have trackers on every company supplied / driven vehicle. The system is set up that the driver of the van can be identified by means of the swipe card they are required to use to enable the van to be started. If the signal disappears twice with the same driver on their van then the tracker supply company are called in, obviously the driver has removed the “jammer” pre their arrival (just pull it out of the cigarette lighter socket) the supply company report back all is ok, the next time the signal is lost with that driver......that’s gross misconduct and rightly so.
I’m sorry but trying to beat a company tracking system is potentially going to get you into awkward situations, why not just explain your situation to your employer? 2015 HT XS 90 2008 SVX 90 2000 XS TD5 90 |

My mate works for D B Schenker and his van is fitted with a tracker. He bought a blocker from China and it works a treat

we used to have some lads at work that covered the aerial,pulled the power (many blown alternators) and then used jammers.
which played havoc with the vehicle systems sometimes. some of the the better systems now fitted can tell when they have been jammed. not sure how but ours used to send us a warning that it had been tampered with. |

This is what I’m concerned about. Also. I read a comment on Internet “......No, nearly all gps trackers use cell phone towers (LTS) either primarily or as a fall back when the GPS antenna can't connect....” But I don’t understand how that would work if the vehicle doesn’t have factory fit phone? 4.6 RV8 110HT |

Agree totally.It could also potentially also void your insurance. Surely you should also be informing your employer of any medical condition?Without being rude, you can't be selective of when your being tracked. |

That would be my assumption too. All the ones I’ve seen certainly are. Some may use the GSM (mobile) network for other functions but it’s possible to do it all via satellite. Like the SPOT tracker devices for personal tracking. |
