Teletrac immobiliser fault
I’ve searched the internet and can’t seem to find symptoms that match, hence posting here.

I have a teletrac tracker and immobiliser fitted to my 64 plate 110. This means I have an immobiliser fob on my key ring along with the defender lock/unlock fob and ignition key. Normally, to start the engine, I turn on the ignition and wait to hear a beep telling me that the immobiliser has been disarmed. But over the last week or so I have to try several times before getting the beep and being able to start the engine.

My internet search suggests that if it’s a battery in the fob that needs replacing (it’s now 4 years old) then it should have told me by beeping several times. It’s not done this.

I’d be very grateful for any help.

Thanks.
