Should look like the one in the listing,, with no lower crossbar ,

May need one myself, as thinking of a change, from the full width A Bar with headlamp bars ?? to just the A Bar

the winch ones have an angled cut out at the bottom of each upright on the inside edge to allow for the winch tray, winch ones will fit without a winch.

Not all none winch ones have the cross bar, the cut outs are the distinguishing feature.

that one on ebay looks like a winch one to me DEFENDER 90 TDCI XS,
