‘The 10P engines, fitted up 2001, are Euro II compliant and the 15P engines, fitted starting with 2002, are Euro III compliant’ is a general rule of thumb, however, I’m pulling out a 15p and still looking for it’s direct replacment, low milage as possible

Yep 👍🏻 02 pre-facelift are also 15p (at least mine is).



Well the pre facelift disco 2 I lifted the engine out of was a 15P, but I sold it the day after it came out, on a pallet to England.

Easiet way to tell is look and see if it has the extra fuel hose that runs along the inside of the inlet manifold. Don’t just look at the fuel cooler as some 15Ps had the tubular style too. Or have the NNN5000120 ECU.
