Rear Earthing Points - Defender 90
Has anyone in the know have details of an earthing point near the rear Offside - R side looking at rear - as I want to fit a 12v auxillary socket in the rear of my 90, using the spare "purple" power cable located by the rear speaker on that side?
Thanks for any help/advice. Thumbs Up

there should be a purple and a black wire ... so you don't need an earth point.

Thanks bpman. Bow down

Would anyone know what the maximum amp rating is for these accessory wires? I plan to fuse it with a 10amp fuse if possible.

I beleive it is already fused to 20Amps so swapping to 10Amps should be no problem.

Cheers
