Part number/name request

I'm replacing my rock sliders and I was hoping someone could tell me what parts i need to order?

I don't even know what they're called if i'm honest:

It's a 25 year old defender, so will there likely be anything else i'll need to refurb/replace when doing this job as I can't remember what the brackets look like (condition wise) that these lower door panels attach to (probably bad!). 1993 200 Tdi 90 CSW
1956 Series 1 Hard-top
1958 Series 1 Soft-top

Thanks guys, yes if you could blow up the image, as I seem to remember I had to clean it up quite allot under there so i'm sure there's going to be a few things to replace! 1993 200 Tdi 90 CSW
