2007 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 SW Chawton White

New release bearing and valve

Did LR changed the following parts when started to "build" the 2.2?

LR068981 Adapter Cutch Slave Cylinder. Not sure if changed
LR068982 Valve - Control - Clutch Slave Cylinder. Used to be made of metal
LR068979 Clutch Slave Cylinder. Not sure if changed Puma 110" SW

2007 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 DCPU Stornoway Grey

As far as I know there is no difference between the 2.4 and 2.2 for the parts you list. My 2007 2.4 has a plastic flow restrictor valve, and I have never seen a metal one.
