Rear cross member 120mm bolts
hi
i have recently painted my rear crossmember and so removed these four 120mm bolts - although it’s a2015 MY these bolts are rusted so much i would like to replace them, so two questions

1 what do they actually hold in place as it’s not obvious to me ? and
2 where can i get replacements as i cannot seem to find any

Buy s stainless bolt kit from nakatenga?

I think they're there for rear seat belts

The hold a brace that reinforces the rear tub. I can't remember if they're for the seatbelts mountings or for the rear seat supports, but I think they're for seat belt anchors. Basically the ally rear tub isn't strong enough to take the shock loading from the seat belts in an accident so they have to brace them to the chassis.

I just bought replacement standard bolts for mine from JLR. I was using acf50 from new and only slight rust on the heads but changed them anyway. About 6 quid I think. Both sides Thumbs Up 2015 90 XS Santorini Black
