I’am in the workshop at this very moment.
 Click image to enlarge On the left is the new inner seal. On the right the old one. On the new one there’s a grey ring which is missing on the old one. Do we take out the grey ring Or is the old one missing the grey ring? a defender from 1984 pretending to be a puma with a touch of Range Rover |

Looks like the old Salisbury axle seal on the left hard to tell from the picture. Measure them and see

Size is exactely the same and very good fit a defender from 1984 pretending to be a puma with a touch of Range Rover

Update. Put only the right side in with grey ring. Hope that is Okay and i don’t have to open it up Again.
