Defender 110 200 tdi Jumping out of fifth gear

Hi Guys

defender decided to jump out of fith this morning whilst doing 70mph on the motorway all other gears fine and can go back into fifth but only for a short time before jumping back out any ideas most welcome

2007 Defender 90 Other CSW Trident Green

Can't say if this is the same problem but I had a similar issue a few years back and it was all to do with a little spring that cost about 30p and a hours labour to replace it. For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at..
