![]() Click image to enlarge ![]() Click image to enlarge Ive done it, but have yet to wire up and install. Waiting till I get her home Canada this summer so I dont fall foul of any “Modifications” i did plug them into 12v test circuit after everything was back together and they do get warm....... Pretty basic, i has to swap the upholstery over anyway to match my front seats, so did it then. Used some kits off german ebay that had the correct dimensions, and a bunch of smaller zip ties to replace the hog rings. My wife was not too happy about my choice of workspace for this project. I did to a Discovery, using factory pads, switches and looms. Fairly straightforward, the pads just stick to the foam under the cover and are wired in to power.

Thanks, that’s what I was pondering if it would interfere with the Hog rings. I’d thought about using the OEM development pads as they’re the same as genuine, not fussed on the aftermarket heaters find they’re either too hot or mildly warm with the dual settings.

Ah, I had to cut off old hog rings and refit new ones. Do get the special hog ring pliers, it's an absolute pig without them.
