I do like that grille, looks great, good job filling the holes. Will you be keeping the KBX light surrounds or going series 3?
I wonder if the badge would look better towards bottom right (when looking at the grille)? I agree I thought it would look better on the bottom corner area I take it, it is just secured with screws for the time being and easy to move? My confidence has been writing cheques that my abilities can't cash for years. |

Nice job Ian, that's worked well.
Does anyone know if grille badges of that type are available as a replica aftermarket ? Mo The Land Rover 90 - Many are called, few are chosen. 50 Shades of Pennine Grey |

The badge is easily moveable, I will do it in the week, I need to get 2 small stainless screws.
I’m not sure where my friend got these badges? He buys and sells Land Rover parts, I will ask him if he had them made, or he just brought a batch from somewhere? They are nicely cast and seem good quality, I’ve not seen this size before? As I’ve said, I was going to fit them to the wing bottoms. I’ve got a smaller size one on a Keyring, which would have been too small for the grille! Photo is along side a £2 coin. ![]() Click image to enlarge 80" 80" 86" 88" 90" Wanted, Forward Control Anything considered. |
