Here we go again.
Do not know about ‘Mini’ Beast, for now, it is snowing so hard I cannot see across the field and the wind I cannot stand up in. Time for the extra logs and the thermostat turned up again. For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at.. http://www.youtube.com/user/conwy1 |

Well I battled through the beast to the Tiptree Tea Rooms today... ironically the snow cowl held the snow on the wing top

The week-end bikers chose not to come to the Tiptree Tea rooms in Finchingfield for some reason.
![]() Never mind the cold, the wind and the snow, the "Beast" actually gave the surrounding countryside a Saturday free of catastrophic megaphone-exhaust noise, for a change. ![]() It's an ill wind....... |

There's a Scout walking event across Cannock Chase today. The scout event is 14 miles and everyone is finished or stopped before dark. The adult event is 40 miles and the first teams would have started this morning, and many won't be done much before midnight tonight.
I popped up there to see my Scouts in the junior event start this morning and it was bitterly cold at 10am. Really feeling for those poor souls slogging their way back to a cold tent now. ![]() 2002 - Black Discovery II - Gone 2014 - Montalcino Red 110 XS SW |
