South Africa 2011 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 SW Keswick Green
puma headlight connector wire
I need to tap into the headlights wire of my puma on the left hand side.

I've identified 3 wires going into the light fitting. Blue-purple, blue-silver and black.
I'm asuming black is earth. Which one of the other 2 is the headlights beam?

are you sure...It looks to me like the blue/silver wire? Neutral

The way I did it was to insert a very small pin in the wire and then put the tester on it.
