1989 Defender 90 V8 Petrol CSW Alpine White

I only have good things to say about them. I forgot twice. once i rang a fortnight later after a sudden flash of remembering, and there was just a charge, no penalty. then recently i forgot again. a month later we rang, and whilst their was a penalty, they waved it as a first offence. V8 90...WIP

It won't be a mistake, I'd pay it and put it down to experience before you rack up even more charges. Your defence won't hold any weight and you're relying purely on their discretion for any discount.
