I've got one I could part with. Don't know the legalities of fitting one in a puma though. Ray

You might be better off making a sort of upholstered dog tray to avoid the hassles of a non-type-approved seat, (which would have to have a belt for legal reasons). Isn't there also now a legal requirement for dogs to be restrained if they are in the passenger compartment, or did I just imagine yhat?

I’m sure your right about the restraining, suppose if I got a middle seat I could always get one of them belt harness things! Thanks Jim.

A middle seat will fit in a Puma but the low ratio knob presses into the front of the seat base cushion. OK for a dog but not great for a human! 110 First Edition, NAS, 50th, SV, 90 CSW 300 Tdi

I'd like to know too - something specific or just a general catch all provision that can be applied? |

It seems that "Rule 57" of the Highway Code is the relevant thing:
Failure to comply is being cited as grounds for invalidating your insurance and being fined up to £5k depending upon circumstances. |
