Could be as our grey 130 also vibrates at 59 - 62 mph

Interesting, I had a 2" drop on my 110 and suffered front prop-vibrations, put std springs back on and it was fine.

I have a DC prop on my 90 and it's perfect - but I keep it well greased

Very interesting! I also have a 2" drop and had judder/vibration problems in 5th and 6th around 1500-2000 rpm after a remap.
BUT
I just removed and re-fitted the rear prop to check the handbrake and now the juddering has gone!
I'm now thinking about better/balanced props (unfortunately I have to keep the drop...) Tell someone you love them today because life is short.
But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing...

When I had a UJ replaced on a rear prop in Australia, the firm which did it insisted that the correct way of doing it was to rebalance the prop.

They also repainted the prop so it looked like new.

... which leads me to believe I am quite unbalanced...

Are there such things as "high quality props" or am I just paranoid (and unbalanced?) Tell someone you love them today because life is short.

I think its a "Megga" prop from Italy, Got it from devon 4x4 at a cost of about £400

It looks like a dead ringa for a Bailey Morris Extreme D/C shaft.

I fitted one about 12 months ago, no vibration or any other issues since.

Yep - Bailey Morris import or make or badge the megga prop - it was with them that I had the warranty discussions
