First thing you (always) should do would be reading the error-codes from it an come back for interpretation. There might be a chance that it is caused through a "stiff" EGR. But that normally equalizes when running it. Relating codes will be P1103 and P0404

^^^^ Indeed, I would imagine that maybe the case probably a bit 'sticky' after being left a while.
