Are they easy enough to remove?
I had a feeling the front shields were bolted through the kingpin bolts... Or is that just a bracket |

Yeah pretty easy. 1x small 10 or 13mm bolt/nut and then the nut of the steering lock.

Yeah as geobloke says one 10mm bolt and the steering lock stop nut. Then slides off forwards

Just had a look. Easy peasy... Well as easy as those rusty bolts are to get out!

Its the only bit Ive had trouble with on my 2015MY..
Came loose a couple of times and rattled. Lost a fastening bolt and rattled. Currently broken and requiring replacement. Steel should have been half a millimetre thicker. |
