Do all TD5s have raised breathers?

When looking around in my engine bay I noticed these small pipes coming up from "down below", with a curve at the end. I was told these are raised breathers. I know the Puma folk often talk about fitting in extra breathers, but would these be standard on a TD5 or has some previous owner had them fitted?

2006 Defender 110 Td5 USW Zermatt Silver

Standard, breathers for trans and g boxes always there

Just need to extend fuel tank, front and rear diff, to complete the set
