Sounds like click bait to me. I can’t imagine they would relinquish rights. That would be too ridiculous even by JLR’s standards.

According to my dictionary a grenadier can also be:-

a common bottom-dwelling fish with a large head, a long tapering tail, and typically a luminous gland on the belly. Rolling with laughter


I'm pretty sure when people voted for a name for Projekt Grenadier they weren't thinking of a fish. Defender 90XS SW
