Hi Clayton, I really like your 110! There's a lot of thought and some very good modifications gone into her.

Who supplied the air intake hose above? Presumably its black silicon? I really like the look of that and would be interested in getting one for mine.

Thanks in advance for any help / guidance.

All the best, Paul

Before the upgrade details, Millie is still getting between 50 - 70 miles extra on a tank full depending if she doing any towing, i really pleased that result Thumbs Up

Last Saturday and Sunday i finally had sometime to go ahead and fit the ETG which has been in my shed for a few weeks now Wink

fitted the sensor and having to bend it slightly as others have had to and i used a proper EGR gasket

gasket used and part number

then onto the wiring and finding the best route to go and once all that was complete i had a different look

before

the new look

when i ordered this ETG from Fourby the gauge illumination was red, that was no good for me as i like the pale green that Millie came with so i went on the hunt and found a green one to match ( you can get different colours when looking for this gauge )

up and running

really pleased with the new look and now i can keep a eye on the head now Thumbs Up 1996 Golf Blue 300Tdi 110 Pick up. Keeper.
