Hi,
Does anybody by chance have the maintenance check sheet for this engine? The link to the one in this topic http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic25840....eque+sheet doesn't work anymore. I would like to see what is on the menu because I was invoiced yesterday 716,66€ (633£) for a 2nd service. Many thanks, Patrick |

You are lucky, my local main dealer is quoting me £820 + for a 2nd Service. But their mechanic is LR trained or so he tells me. 1967 Morris Traveller 1966 Morris Convertible 2012 VW T5 Camper Quod Abundat Non Obstat. |

cheers mate, äh... Danke!
My stealer wants to charge 1200€ (1080£) This includes 3,6 litres of 75W-90 oil at 130£. I assume that's for the axles? Axles should be due @ 80k km / 48k miles Has that changed for MY 2015 so it would be due 40k km / 24k miles? I'd like to know for sure before I call him a rip off... |

Axles should only be done at 48k miles, even for a MY2015 one. At least my dealer did not do it for the 2nd annual service |

Service done today. Axle oils included. They somewhat insisted they were due already.
Costs however went down to 1050€ / 950£ The seemingly competent mechanic made up for the obviously incompetent customer-desk personell. Let's see how they will deal with two minor warranty issues. |
