United Kingdom 2007 Defender 90 Puma 2.4 XS CSW Stornoway Grey
Moved from Adrian Flux to A-Plan today
MANY thanks to Kirsty from the new business team at A-Plan who gave me cracking service, and a cracking price.

My drivers for the move were:
1. My Adrian Flux renewal came in with a significant increase on last year;
2. A-Plan's flexibility around agreed value;
3. A-Plan's cover of my modifications (which are not huge, but nevertheless important / valuable / irreplaceable);
4. The difference in price versus Adrian Flux.

I decided to look at agreed value as I have made some changes to the Landie over the year and based on where 2nd hand Defender prices seem to be going.

Adrian Flux wanted me to lock into the new Agreement / Renewal while they looked at Agreed Value (which they said would take up to four weeks) whereupon they would then come back and give the agreement / non agreement to the agreed value which I just thought was a down right cheeky. (And they wanted me to pay now for the undertaking over and above my premium).

I have not been unhappy with Adrian Flux's service, in fact it has been good. I decided that it would be good to support a site sponsor if their price and service were in the right ballpark, and it is and was better than my incumbent.

Thank you Kirsty. 2007 Defender 90 XS
