Does a 110 station wagon also classify as a commercial?
I’m on the hunt for a 110 Utility 2014-2016

I’ve head the 110 station wagon sometimes shows as a commercial as well, is this correct.

It’s a business purchase so must be classed as commercial else I will be paying a fortune in company car tax.

Any real world feedback, was it down to how Land Rover were feeling on the day?

Cheers Andy

The Utility Wagons count as commercial for Benefit in Kind as they have a payload of over 1000kg and no rear windows.
You can also reclaim the VAT (if the seller is VAT registered).

The station wagon is classified as 'N1' but not sure if it meets the requirements of a van for benefit in kind due to the rear windows,

I have the 2014 110 county, and the v5 shows it as a light 4x4 utility, for the body type..
The taxation class is light goods vehicle
And vehicle category is N1...
So I believe it can be classed as a commercial if used for carrying goods..
