standard turbo flange on a 200 tdi?

On wiki it states t25 but I've seen it also referred to as a t2. A tuning company came back to me with a recommendation of a t3 turbo... can anyone confirm what I should actually be looking for in my search for a bigger turbo? 1993 200 Tdi 90 CSW
