Fuel pump relay
Good evening all, my TD5 has been suffering fuel problems, it was starved of fuel so after a bit of investigation I spotted the pump relay seemed to have burnt out.
I have added a photo of the new relay fitted and you can see how the wiring connector at one of the spade connection fitting has burnt the plastic.
I have checked this connection and seems secure so started landy and all seems well.
But after a couple of minutes running I noticed that the relay is rather warm is this normal? although the wiring connector stayed cool!
Can you buy the connector separate and do the spade connectors pull out and is there anything else that I should be checking.
Thanks for any help.
