Oldowner - "I’m in the wrong job. It takes under an hour to retrim both seats properly. Ten minutes to unbolt both of them"
This would have taken me a long time because I’m not experienced with it. If it only takes you under an hour due to your skill and experience, then technically, if we both charged by the hour, I’d end up earning more than you for the same job. Does that seem fair? Or should you be paid more because you can do it faster and more efficiently? 
I was more than happy to pay him for what he did, he's done a cracking job.
