Td5 dash into 200tdi
I am in the process of installing a td5 dash to my 200tdi. Couple of things has any done this and has some tips. Also does anyone know where to get the plugs for the back of the switches??

i have a td5 bulkhead and dash into a 200tdi. most of the info you need is on lr4x4.com - check the wibbly wobbly speedo thread. Cheers

Was about to buy the convertor for the gearbox but it said 300tdi on wards so was abut worried. How did you sort the centre bit such as the hazard light switch??

by converter you mean the module that goes in the T box? it will work on any model. i would check you can get the old clamp off and the existing speedo cable out first though, easiest to access from the top.

i just extended the wires from the side of the steering wheel and then wired to suit the new plug. you need the diagram for it? i may have that too. Cheers

A diagram for that would be great help. Speedo is out already I've got the link from lr4x4 about how to fit that seems pretty straight forward. Having a big push at min I've been rebuilding it for five years now think it's time I finished.

well, just looked and i can't find it. if i dont have it that means i managed to make it work without one, which therefore makes me think the wires use the same colour codes for the old and new ones and i just extended and joined them on. Cheers
