Heritage 90 Hardtop - Twisted!!
Hi,

I'm fortunate to have one of each of the Heritage (90 SW, 90 HT & 110 SW) - so far only the Hardtop has been used and we love it......... (also have an Autobiography)

Anyway, I was offered another HardTop and have decided to take the plunge and go the full "Twisted" conversion route. I'm sure this will be contraversial with some but essentially the plan is :

Start with their T40S conversion, which gives me 182bhp, big brakes and their progressive suspension. To accomodate the brakes I need the big wheels but they will be Grasmere Green. Front bumper will have LED running lamps, LED headlamps, front skid guard (in green), NAS rear step with tow hook - keeping the front grill but painting the door mirrors green and changing the vents, also painted green (maybe the side one in silver?). Inside I'm keeping the standard seats but it will all be sound proofed and carpeted etc....... Leather dash pods, leather raised centre cubby and Momo wheel, all stitched green. They will also change the centre console to take a double din nav / Carplay unit but it will also still be green!

That's about it I think, I'm hoping to use this car alot so I'll also probably have cruise fitted (I like this a lot on Defenders) and have already fitted silver side steps and air con to it - oh, and of course a "HUE" private plate!!!

So, the plan was for it to still look like totally like a Heritage but just be more usable as a daily car - comments are welcome - work commences soon!!!!

Thanks for all the comments........ I'll post pictures once something exciting happens, all I have done so far is add air con and the silver side runners. I've also bought the stereo (double din Kenwood with Carplay, Nav & DAB) as Twisted like to use Alpine units and I don't really like them.......

I've also bought a 90 Adventure this week so I suppose the collection is sort of complete now!

Finally somthing is happening with this build - I am supposed to be able to collect it next week! I have added a bit to the spec which has delayed it a bit..........

In prep for its arrival how do you upload photos?
