Evening.
I have just finished doing a conversion on my 300tdi using the Safety Devices roll cage and one of the Exmoor trim XS Black hoods I.e. all the trimmings. Now just spotted on eBay the same full kit in what looks like very good condition at an absolute bargain of a price - £600! Cheers. So very tempted to buy it myself.. got all the boxes and cage pallet sat in the garage so could pack it away neatly..
Would really enjoy doing another. Did a lot of upgrades at the same time, whole new interior etc and now it is all complete just in time for my wife to give it a drive before she has our first child! Due last Wednesday and so a little grumpy. But seeing & driving her truck all re-done sent her over the moon! |

Maybe I should buy it and sell it to you in a year or so when you finally take the plunge
 .
We love it. But we do have a garage to keep her in and it's a 3rd car rather than primary. That's why we justified the change and also it was the wife's idea. And being heavily pregnant, she gets what she wants! |

I was wondering why it was so cheap compared to the going rate for them and as you say considering they fit them to their own one-offs! Very strange..
